Liverpool close in on Man United & Arsenal target Moussa Sissoko?
|Liverpool have reportedly becomes the favourites to secure the services of French midfielder Moussa Sissoko from Newcastle United, as per the Daily Express.
The 25-year-old is believed to be open to a move away from St James’ Park as the midfielder wants to test himself at a bigger club.
Premier League rivals – Arsenal and Manchester United have both been interested in Sissoko’s services as both clubs plans to strengthen their midfield options ahead of next season.
The report claims that the Reds have launched an official for the France international, with manager Brendan Rodgers is keen on a new driving force in the centre of the ground after the departure of legendary captain Steven Gerrard.
PSG’s Yohan Cabaye, Roma’s Miralem Pjanic and Inter Milan’s Mateo Kovacic have also been on Liverpool’s radar, but Sissoko is now said to be Reds’ first choice.
