Twitter reacts as Tottenham thrash Chelsea
|Tottenham Hotspur stun the Blues after beating the league leaders Chelsea 5-3 at White Hart Lane in a brilliant 90-minute display on New Year’s eve.
Spurs striker Harry Kane was hero of the match as the 21-year-old scored twice and his 17th goal in this season.
This is the first time The Blues have conceded five goals in the Premier League under Jose Mourinho.
Fans took Twitter to express their thoughts to the result.
Spurs have always been good on Thursday nights. Saw it coming.

Chelsea’s four conceded goals are the most they’ve given up under Jose Mourinho in the Premier League. pic.twitter.com/wHpXPNp9NK

Basically, Spurs have led Chelsea into a false sense of security for 20 years.

Obvious diversionary tactic for Mourinho today would be to grumble about Lampard’s City deal but doubt it given Lampard’s CFC status

3 – This is only the third time Jose Mourinho has seen his team concede 4+ goals (+ 0-5 vs Barca & 1-4 vs Dortmund). Rare.

Harry Kane excites me. Presence, intelligence, strength, skill and determination. A powerful cocktail!

Mourinho damned an Arsenal 5-4 win at Spurs 10 years ago as “a hockey score” so looking forward to his views this evening.
