Twitter reacts: Gotze linked with Liverpool
|Bayern Munich midfielder Mario Gotze has made the headlines when he revealed about a potential reunion with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
Gotze established himself as a top class player under Klopp’s stewardship at Borussia Dortmund before joining the Bavarians in 2013, with whom the German world cup winner has won five trophies, including two Bundesliga titles.

The Daily Express are now reporting that Klopp is keeping a close eye on Gotze’s situation at the Bundesliga ahead of Carlo Ancelotti’s arrival in the summer, and would be desperate to lure him to Anfield.
The 23-year-old playmaker has just 18 months left on his current contract with the Germans, but his future could now looks uncertain.
“I’m under contract here until 2017. We will see what happens,” said Gotze, when asked about reunion with ex-manager Klopp.
