Manchester United reportedly seem ready to try to win the race to sign Benfica striker Darwin Nunez this summer.
The 22-year-old forward was linked with several clubs during his days at Almeria before the Portuguese outfit.
The Uruguay international has scored 21 goals in 26 appearances across all competitions this season, and West Ham United supposedly failed with a January bid for the youngster.
Now, A Bola claims that the Red Devils have joined the race for his services, but the Premier League giants will face stiff competition from Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan.
The report goes on to claim that Nunez will command a fee of at least €50m this summer.
The Uruguayan, who has a contract until 2025, has scored 35 goals and 14 assists in 70 appearances for Benfica.
