Arsenal are closely monitoring the rise of United starlet Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma with the view of making an approach in the summer transfer window.
The Mali international was heavily linked with a move away from the Amex Stadium ahead of the January transfer window, but no offers have yet been made.
According to Football.London, the Gunners retain an interest in the 24-year-old midfielder but will hold off from opening talks with the Seagulls until at least the end of the campaign.
The report goes on to claim that Bissouma would choose the Gunners over any other English club given his close friendship with Nicolas Pepe and Gabriel Magalhaes.
Bissouma has made 16 top-flight appearances for Brighton this season.
