PSG have reportedly “explored” the possibility of signing Chelsea midfielder Jorginho on loan.
Arsenal have been linked with the Italy international and could allegedly be allowed to sign him before the transfer window shuts down on October 5.
With rumours suggesting that the Blues are lining up a move for West Ham United’s Declan Rice, there could be a potential exit route for Jorginho should he wish to depart.
However, according to Telefoot, the Parisians are now firmly in the race for the 28-year-old midfielder, having approached the west London outfit with a loan move to the French capital.
The report adds that the two sides are now in discussions for Chelsea’s vice-captain who still has three years left on his current contract at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian-born Italian midfielder has contributed 10 goals and three assists in 100 appearances for Chelsea since arriving from Napoli in 2018.
