Newcastle United join Man United in race for Marcelo Brozovic

Newcastle United are reportedly ready to lock horns with Manchester United over the signature of Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.

The Magpies are expected to spend big ahead of the 2022-23 season after their recent takeover.

According to The Sun, the Tyneside outfit are monitoring the developments with regards to the future of Brozovic, who has just eight months left on his contract.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Nerazzurri are not guaranteed to agree fresh terms with the 28-year-old’s representatives before the end of the year.

Man United have been tipped to make a swoop for the Croatia international, who is free to hold discussions with foreign clubs at the beginning of 2022.
