Leicester City closing in on Odsonne Edouard deal

Leicester City are reportedly closing in on a deal for Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard, The Times reports.

The Foxes are expected to make a move for the 23-year-old striker this summer to provide support to Jamie Vardy and Kelechi Iheanacho.

Edouard has only 12 months left to run on his contract at Celtic Park, and he has reportedly decided to make a move away from the Glasgow giants.

The France U21 international has had an excellent time with the Hoops over the past four years, contributing 83 goals and 37 assists from 168 appearances in all competitions.

Edouard has struggled for consistency in the recent year but still managed to score 22 goals and register six assists in 40 appearances under manager Neil Lennon.
