Chelsea are reportedly keeping a close tabs on Roma centre-back Kostas Manolas and could table a £30m offer this summer, according to the Italian outlet tuttomercatoweb.
The 25-year-old defender has already been linked with a number of English clubs over the past 12-months, as well as the couple of Italian giants including Inter Milan.
The report suggests that, the Blues are said to have sent their scouts to keep an eye on the Greece international during a match against AC Milan this weekend, with boss Antonio Conte is keen to reinforce defensive cover ahead of next season.
Should Conte receive positive feedback from scouts, a huge-money bid will be launched in the summer.
Manolas has made 29 Serie A appearances for Giallorossi this season, playing a crucial part in the club’s attempt to finish in top two.
