Tottenham’s Bryan Gil has reportedly emerged as a summer transfer target for Barcelona, according to AS.
The Catalan giants are reportedly interested in signing the 21-year-old, who has yet to cement his place in the team.
Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez is keen on Gil who they had also tracked during his time at Sevilla.
The youngster’s contract with Spurs runs until 2026, and the club may reevaluate his future in the summer. While the North Londoners will likely demand a high fee, the Blaugrana may try to negotiate a price that fits their budget.
If the deal goes through, Gil could bring excitement to Barca’s roster as the Spaniard possesses qualities not currently present in their squad.
