Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart as they consider replacements for veteran goalkeeper Petr Cech.
It could be a big battle with Liverpool, who have been linked with the £15 million rated England international.
According to Mail, the Gunners could move for a new shot stopper after this season, with 34-year-old Cech to become their No 2 if he remain at the Emirates.
Hart, who is unwanted by City boss Pep Guardiola and is currently enjoying a fine loan spell at the Serie A side Torino and is well aware that he is not part of Guardiola’s plans.
The 29-year-old’s contract that lasts until June 2019, therefore City are likely to listen offers.
A return to England is preferred move by Hart, it help him stay in the thoughts of England’s boss Gareth Southgate.
