Italian striker Mario Balotelli has jokingly demanded a ‘kiss on the cheek’ from the UK Queen if Italy beat Costa Rica on Friday.

England chances of qualifying for the last 16 are really slim, following Thursday’s 2-1 defeat to Uruguay, and if Italy will beat both Costa Rica and Uruguay in their next match then the Three Lions will remain in the competition.

England have lost two of their matches in this World Cup, their survival now depends on the Azzurri’s win, where the-23-year-old ex-Manchester City striker is expected to play a crucial part.
