Juventus keen on Southampton’s Dani Osvaldo on permanent basis
|Juventus want permanent transfer of Dani Osvaldo from Southampton ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports from Mirror.
Osvaldo, 28, is currently serving his loan spell with the Italian giants until the end of the season from Southampton in a deal including a £15m option to buy.
Osvaldo joined Saints for £12.8m in last summer – but following with his disappointing start to his career at St Mary’s Stadium, he was loaned to the Serie A champions.
The report claims, Bianconeri want to sign the Italian striker at only for £7m instead of £15m for the permanent move.
It is understood that Juventus are highly-impressed with the Argentinian-born Osvaldo and wanted to keep him beyond the end of the current season, and they are willing to pay only £7m for permanent deal.
