Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic commits his long-term future to the Reds and immediately signed a season long loan deal with the Bundesliga outfit Hertha Berlin.
The 22-year-old attacker spent last season on loan with Cardiff City where he scored one goal in 14 appearances as Neil Warnock’s side finished second to gain promotion to the Premier League.
The Serbia international started his career with Red Star Belgrade in 2013 and has made 40 appearances for the club, scoring six goals.
He completed a £5.1m move to the Merseyside outfit in January 2016, signing a four-year deal with the Premier League club before heading back to his boyhood club on loan for the rest of the season.
Grujic, who made 14 appearances for the Reds across all competitions, will now spend the upcoming season in the Bundesliga.
