Jose Mourinho Target £35M January bid for Rooney

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is determined to try a £35m bid one more time for Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney.

The Daily Star Sunday stated that the Portuguese will make a £35m swoop for Rooney in this New Year, when January transfer window opens.

Despite Rooney’s fine start to the season, both with United and England, the striker’s future at Old Trafford is still unclear.

The 28-year-old England international has just 18 months left on his Reds contract.
